I'm a structural biologist and bioinformatician at I2BC (CEA - CNRS - Université Paris-Saclay), where I study how viral proteins assemble into capsids or other superstructural assemblies and how viral proteins interact with cellular membranes. I combine molecular dynamics and de-novo modelling (with Alphafold or related tools) to construct model hypotheses about the molecular mechanisms of viral assembly and membrane interactions. I'm deeply attached to the idea of open science and sharing with the community, you will find (almost) all of what I build on my github repository.
